Tenoroc resummons Dr. Jekyll and Hyde to destroy the multivers by turning everion into hyde monsters like him. It took a week but he finally has finishd his Hyde gas blimp. Every 20 years there's a cosmic aligment between the planets in Carnival City and the Region of Ruins that opens doors to new dimensions in the Multiverse Tenoroc planes to turn everion in those dimensions into Hyde monsters just like Jekyll.
