Mr Vacky hat is a villan who sold Tenoroc a potion to swith his brain whith Matts in Switching a Brain.

Tenoroc summons a villain called mr Vacky Hat to sell him a potion that would finnally free him from his prison.He goes to the Enchanted Forest where he makes all the Tuk Tuks sick.When Matt arrives he manages to separate everione and switchess Matt and Tenorocs brains.When Tenoroc is free he tricks the gang into spliting and has the Navi Cube.He realises Flint Phonix and the Black Knight to atack the Enchanted Forest,Magnifico to atack the Sea of Sands,Lycan atacks Carnival City and Roadkiller in the Region of Ruins and Flipster.Matt manages to convince that he is Tenoroc so the gang goes to find a potion to reswitch Matt and Tenorocs Brains.And they booke mr Vacky and all the other villains becaes Tenoroc had there lifecells in Matts Body.But Flipster managed to be of more use then ever with his chaos coins.He managed to give Tenoroc enof power to summon 5 villains at once,he s more powerfull then he was before and he was this close to finding the lost forbiden realm becaes the gang stop him but and he lost the map to find it.

He wears a red goofy jacket,a hypnotising hat,white gloves,has no pants,wear heart shaped underveare,gient bouts,orange hair and is bald and has the same skin color as Flipster.
